Fitness Programs & Schedule


We offer many workout options. We know your time is valuable. Please note that RHF is closed for all major holidays. Our schedule is updated regularly so we urge you to check back frequently. All RHF Studio Boot Camp classes are 30 minutes long. You must be an active RHF member for real time schedule, cancellation notices and special announcements. Please bring indoor shoes to class to minimize rocks, dirt, mud, and snow. RHF Studio Boot Camp runs on an open schedule. You can show up to any workout you choose, but the class maximum is 12. No mid-class entry please. If the class is full please wait for the next class. Below is the RHF Studio Boot Camp schedule as of January 1, 2012.


RHF Studio Boot Camp or RHF Event cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances are corresponded through email per the policy. Last minute cancellations may not include a notice on the window. Be sure to check your email daily (before you plan to workout) for any announcements. Make sure we have your email on file in order to get any announcements.

We use a number of cutting edge techniques to help you reach your goals. You will learn how to maximize your time in these awesome synergistic and functional workouts. In an audio atmosphere of dance, trance, techno, pop and rock'n'roll you will capture an energy blasting experience at RHF Studio Boot Camp.

  

RHF Strength (RHF Studio Boot Camp)
work hard to be rock hard.

 

With an inside-out approach and a focus on function, synergy and muscle confusion, RHF Strength classes are a great way to get results fast. Use RHF Strength classes as your baseline.

accelerate the synergy.

We have added this class to compliment your RHF Strength classes. This class will help you maximize your calorie burn while giving you a great core workout. Use RHF Core & Cardio classes to accelerate your results.

RHF Personal Training (semi-private)

Now your fitness goals can be achieved in a private studio in a semi-private format. With a greater emphasis on the individual, a personal training program can guide you through a regimen that fits your age, gender and lifestyle. We offer 3 programs to choose from. Workout times are negotiated at time of sign-up.

4 week program (12 sessions)  $600
8 week program (24 sessions) $1079 (save 10%)
12 week program (36 Sessions) $1439 (save 20%)

RHF Team Sport Training
hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard.


This is an in-season or out-of-season, intense program designed to help athletes master their craft by using proven principles of effective growth and function by strength training and conditioning. With sport training, athletes can also expect an inside-out approach with a focus on function, synergy, and muscle confusion. Joint health and proper movement are also key focuses in sport training. Workout times will be negotiated upon sign-up. Ask about team training rates for groups larger than 8.
 
12 week program (36 sessions) $499 per person

RHF Body Analysis & Fitness Coaching Program
Track your success.
 
The RHF Body Analysis Pak: This includes 3 tests over 90 days (body fat test, girth measurements, and pictures), a custom caloric plan, and nutritional coaching. This test allows us to accurately establish basal caloric intake to better estimate your total caloric needs. By tracking your body composition (fat free mass and body fat) and controlling your caloric intake we can pursue a desirable body composition. The RHF Body Analysis Pak gives us a starting point and the ability to make necessary adjustments as we go through this process.


The RHF Fitness Coaching Program: 
Take your fitness to the next level. This program will involve a deeper look at goal setting, include daily accountability, and contains a performance nutrition pak and bonus handouts to help you get even faster results!
